What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any attachments or project details you send us. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and fulfil your order.

How we use it

We use your data to quote, produce, and deliver your order, and to contact you about your job. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely on our production systems and on verified South African cloud providers. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then delete it unless you've asked us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you may request access to your personal information, correct or delete it, or object to its processing. Contact us at print@sublify.co.za for any privacy-related request.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for basic site functionality (session, preferences). We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
