Sublimation Printing

Full-colour print for products that need to feel sharp, not stuck on.

Sublimation is the route we use most for mugs, tumblers, desk accessories, and coated blanks that need colour depth and a cleaner finish. It is especially strong where the artwork needs gradients, illustrations, or wraparound detail.

Best on polyester or coated blanks
Great for gifts, desk merch, and branded drinkware

Why Clients Choose It

Strong when the artwork needs more than a flat logo.

The real advantage is not hype. It is simply that the right blank plus the right setup produces a cleaner full-colour result.

palette

Strong colour depth

Sublimation is the better route when artwork needs gradients, wraparound graphics, or more image detail.

water_drop

No top-layer feel

On the right coated or polyester-ready substrate, the print bonds into the surface rather than sitting heavily on top.

Good wash performance

For suitable drinkware and polyester-based products, the finish stays cleaner over time than many surface-applied alternatives.

Blank Guidance

The blank matters just as much as the print.

Sublimation performs best on polyester fabrics or properly coated blanks. If the product choice still feels fuzzy, start with the blank guide before approving artwork or buying stock.

Process

A simple three-step production route.

The print quality depends heavily on setup, which is why proofing and substrate choice matter just as much as the press itself.

01

Design and layout

Artwork is set up to the product template so the image lands where it should once wrapped or pressed.

02

Print and press

The transfer is printed and then heat pressed onto the correct coated or polyester-based surface.

03

Check and hand over

The finished item is checked for alignment, colour, and finish before it is packed for collection or courier.

Send the product, quantity, or blank you're considering and we'll guide the route.
